The shipment of your package
Packages are generally sent within 2 days of receipt of payment and are sent via UPS with tracking.
We will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postage. The management costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. It is not possible for us to group two separate orders made separately, therefore the shipping costs will be charged for each of them.
The boxes are adequately sized and your items are well protected.
The costs for shipments in Italy (including the islands) and in the European Community are automatically calculated by the program.
In case of Extra CEE shipments it is necessary to place the order and wait for the operator to calculate the specific shipping costs and the accessory costs (customs duties).
Shipments made by Mitika Srl are insured against damage or loss, however, the user must report any tampering / damage visible on the package and accept with reserve upon receipt of the goods.
Right of withdrawal
Our client must feel completely satisfied with the choice made and therefore has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with MITIKA S.r.l. without penalty, within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the products
In addition to the right of withdrawal, there is the right to return the goods purchased and received in the event of our shipping errors.
Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal
The Right of Withdrawal / Return is understood to be exercised correctly if the following conditions are also fully met:
The notice of withdrawal / return must be sent to MITIKA S.r.l. within 14 days of receiving the products, using the form on the contact page by selecting the "Request for Return Goods" item.
To improve our procedures, an indication of the reasons for withdrawal is appreciated.
If your return request is consistent with the goods return rules, our returns department will provide an RMA return number to be applied to the outside of the package.
The communication with the acceptance of the return must be printed and inserted into the package.
Packages that do not have an RMA return number cannot be accepted by our warehouse.
The choice of courier is at the discretion of the customer provided that the tracking number of the shipment is released.
We also recommend that you purchase a delivery service that includes product insurance.
Returned products must be delivered to the courier within eight (8) days from the date you received the return acceptance email.
The products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged; The identification tag must be attached to the products.
The products must be returned intact and unused in their original packaging.
Returned products must be sent to MITIKA S.r.l. in a single shipment.
MITIKA S.r.l. reserves the right not to accept items of the same order returned and sent at different times.
Repayment times and methods
After MITIKA S.r.l. will have received your return and checked that all the requirements have been met, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of acceptance / payment / replacement of the return.
MITIKA S.r.l. will reimburse any sums already collected for the purchase of products, net of shipping costs and any customs duties for the delivery of the purchased products.
Once the correct execution of the above terms and conditions has been verified, the sums will be reimbursed to you in the shortest possible time and, in any case, within forty-five (45) days from the date on which MITIKA S.r.l. has received the returned product purchased.
If the methods and terms for exercising your right of withdrawal are not respected, as specified in this paragraph, you will not be entitled to reimbursement of the amounts already paid to MITIKA Srl .; however, you will be able to get back, at your expense, the products in the state in which they were returned.
Otherwise, MITIKA S.r.l. will be able to keep the products, in addition to the sums already paid for their purchase.
After 3 months from the operation, where the garments are made available for possible withdrawal, the garments will be destroyed or otherwise destined for disposal.
If there is no correspondence between the recipient of the products indicated in the order form and those who have paid the sums due for their purchase, the reimbursement of the sums, in case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, will be executed by MITIKA Srl, in any case, towards the person who made the payment.
The shipping costs for the return of the products, will be your responsibility, including the liability in case of loss or damage to the products.
